Some items on our website may be restricted in your city, county, or state. The customer is solely responsible for checking local laws before placing an order.
TAXES & EXEMPTIONS
EZ Does It Wholesale is NOT liable for any tax or penalties imposed by buyer’s local tax office, if purchase is not legally exempt or if customer fails to pay any taxes due. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. To determine what taxes are due, the buyer should contact their local tax agency.
All Nicotine/Vapor products purchased from EZ Does It Wholesale are subject to the Nicotine/Vapor Tax of the State of NC. Any tax not collected at the time of purchase will be obligated to be paid to the State of NC by the purchase.
NEW ACCOUNTS
New accounts may be opened by contacting a sales associate or registering online. Payments accepted for new accounts will be by ACH or wire transfer, or payment over phone.
PAYMENT METHODS
EZ Does It Wholesale accepts payment by wire transfer, or ACH or payment over phone.
SHIPPING
Orders within one business day. Every attempt will be made to meet that goal, however, EZ Does It Wholesale is not liable for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, weather or natural disaster, carrier issues, or customs delays. Special or custom orders may require additional time to process.
Shipping Estimates: Shipping estimates are subject to change based on requested method, destination, product weight and dimensions, or other factors. Shipping estimates do not include COD or Hazmat fees. Please contact a sales associate for more details.
SHIPPING METHODS:
All orders are shipped UPS Ground, USPS, or FedEx. Local customers can arrange pick up at our warehouse. Customers are responsible for all hazmat, insurance, and shipping and handling charges.
REFUSED ORDERS:
All refused or unclaimed orders will result in a 10% restocking fee plus all shipping charges. If the customer would like the order reshipped, all additional shipping charges will be added. If EZ Does It Wholesale is at fault, refused orders will be fully credited or reshipped at our expense.
RETURN POLICY
All unused, new returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Used items will not be returned. If the item is delivered damaged during transit, please advise EZ Does It Wholesale within 3 days of receipt of the item. North Carolina Tobacco Lic#100055141
PRICE CHANGES
All prices shown are subject to change without notice.
DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. All orders leave our warehouse in good condition. If your boxes appear to be opened, re-taped, damaged, or tampered with in any way, you must keep the original boxes and file a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives in good condition but contains damages, shortages, or overages, please contact one of our sales associates to file a claim. Any damaged or missing merchandise will be credited or reshipped at our expense, only if EZ Does It Wholesale is responsible. EZ Does It Wholesale will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping for overages or incorrect merchandise.
